Thanks for posting the Warthog thread. In my experience, the Para products are not very well regarded by knowledgable 1911 folks and they depreciate more than other mid-tier 1911s.

Yeah I read that earlier...It upsets me because I really like the warthog concept. If it worked it would probably be my no1 choice for CCW.

THat much $$ for an all cast gun seems odd to me. But he chose a CZ RAMI too.
He should get used to issues.

i like my para p14. it is a very nice firearm and handles very well and is very accurate. it is a pain to load the magazines but i learn to live with that. i like the guns overall and never has any problem with it.

just for fun

There was a standard sized Para 1911 45 with the tricked out trigger system LD(?) that has been in and out of the local pawn shop acouple of times. trigger pull is very nice- feels like a well tuned Smith revolver. Has one small problem that many are not willing to over look. The magazine falls out on its own when shooting the gun!!!!

My LTC is one of the best shooting .45's I've ever handled........ it shoots better than I can.

NO big deal,

That's why they invented Tape? :whistling:

Tape was actually invented because those Rusty old Colts in the West would have cylinder problems and have to be taped in certain areas.

Joking.

Dang! That service is so bad you have to wonder how they stay in business...

Berto--are there problems w/ the CZ Rami too?

I had a Warthog in years past. It was probably the worst handgun purchase I ever made.

Worse than your genuine saturday night special?

Worse than your genuine saturday night special?

That remains to be seen, but I bought the SNS as a joke. At $165 OTD, I'm not expecting much.

The POS Warthog was $650.

I had one and commented on that thread a while back. Long-story, short, the Warthag, cool name, crappy firearm.
