Quick question for our SME's...

If Norfolk PD takes a firearm into evidence in a misdemeanor case, what happens to it when the case is decided? :dunno:

You can get your weapon back. The judge will order it returned as long as it had nothing to do with the misdemeanor itself. Sometimes you have to "remind" the judge.
