9-rounders really do the trick...

Agree, I have a 9 rounder for when more discretion is needed. It chops the grip down to G26 size. The 10 rounder makes the grip almost G19 length IMO.:2gun:
Wow, I've never seen the 9 rounder in a G30...looks great!
Does it fit flush with the extended backstrap of the 30? It looks like it does in the pic, but can't tell for sure.
I am on the smaller side, so I usually consider my 30 as a "full size" even though it's a sub, and I always use the peirce grip extention.
I am used to the short grip of my 27, but how does the 30 handle for you with the 2 finger grip?
By the way, is that a 30 with rail, or is it a SF?
Looks good!

It's fairly flush with the backstrap. There might be 2 mm difference or so but it's not noticeable. I have not shot the gun with the 9 round mag yet, but I can still keep a pretty confident grip on it so I doubt it will be an issue. It's a G30 SF.
And a spare mag for the zombies:

Zombie mags are important.
It's one of the reasons I prefer Glocks. :-)

yeah I have a g30 w/rail non sf tho.
The 9rnd mag really makes it feel like a sub compact.I doubt i will have any trouble shooting it with the 9rnd mag since I can grip the grip with 3 fingers instead of just 2.It is a lil cramped that way,but if I get tired i can just slap a 10rnd mag in there and call it a day
Is the G-30 with the 9 rounder the same height as a G-26 or G-27? Also, how do they compare in length?

I don't have a G27 or a G26 to compare it to, but it's definately much closer in size.
