Has anyone tried that Volcano taco that Taco Hell came up with:headscratch: If so what was your opinion of said taco:headscratch:

That thing kinda sounds disgusting... I generally like Taco Bell, given what it is, but some of the stuff they've come out with lately has been kinda gross...

I had a couple, they didnt suck. Put 3 fire sauces on each, still not hot.
I bet yer pewps were weird too.

Tastes just like a regular taco bell taco. But spicier. No added flavor. Just spicer. Not burning hot. Just spicy. No extra taste.
To sum it up Taco bell taco + added spicy + no added taste = volcano taco.

i like it. i got their big box meal that has that, a supreme burrito, a crunchwrap supreme some cinni twist things and a drink for like $5
I liked it. Not as hot as they advertised, but still good.

I just ate one. It was said earlier, all they did was put nacho cheese sauce on it and case it in a red shell. It tasted good, but wasn't hot.

Then again, I eat jalapenos and corditos with cheese and tortillas for breakfast, so "hot" for me is a relative term...
As far as pewps, well, they're fine...and that's as much as I'm gonna share. :supergrin:

I've had a hot sauce addiction for the past year. I started with Texas Pete, moved up to Tabasco, now I'm on the Habanero Tabasco.
I do still use Texas Pete and regular Tabasco though because I love the flavor of the peppers they use respectively.

I was at the grocery story and I saw Dorito taco shells. Man that was the best thing ever. I wondered why they took so long to realize that those two things needed to be combined.

Color me disappointed.
Was about as "volcanic" to me as a regular taco with mild sauce.
I usually put "fire" sauce in everything, but omitted sauce this time, expecting the VT to provide its own heat. Not a bad taco, but, eh... Pfft.
After eating at Chipotle for so long, Taco Bell is just nasty to me.
Chipotle hot sauce is awesome. Just spicy enough for me... Though I am getting a little used to it now.

It's funny T.B. had this "Chipotle Grilled Stuft Burrito" a while back, and the whole marketing scheme was a guy eating his C.G.S.B. laughing at his roommate who was eating a super hot taco and not enjoying it because it was too hot. So it was "just the right amount of hot", but it's funny now they are marketing straight to the other guy.
I have to admit I really liked that chipotle burrito, and I don't like much if anything at T.B. Too bad they discontinued it.

Tried one and it was edible but prolly won't buy another. Not because it was too spicey (it's not hot) but because it's just a taco. I've eaten better.

I just cant hardly stand to eat at Taco Bell anymore. it seems like they have gotten greedy with everything. I remember I used to order those beef supreme chalupas and they were packed with meat and other goodies.If I get them anymore they probably contain 1 tablespoon of beef and the rest is a veggie fest.
I paid for meat not a mostly empty shell of tomatos and sour cream..........
It's a ripoff anymore.
On a side note............
Anyone remember when Arby's started having 3 different size roast beef sandwiches? It's like now you have to order a medium just to get what used to be a regular.Years back When I ordered a 5 for 5 and saw that it had maybe 1-2 oz of roast beef I was furious and proceeded to go back in and ask the manager if I had been given roast beef biscuits. he looked baffled and stated that it had the allowed 2oz of roast beef.
Fast food anymore is disappointing and is getting even slower...
Perhaps they should change the name to moderately paced food
