Palmer kinda gave it away though, with the "I felt I was being used" line...

It seems there pleasure time took place in the building where the data was stolen... this gave her an excuse to be there and not suspected.

But... who texted her? We need to figure out who this other spy is... Think it could be Palmer?

NCIS is one of the only two 'network' shows I watch. The Shield being the other.

Good twist at the end of the season premier. Should be a good season. Hope Ziva gets to 'interrogate' the treasonous little wench.

Seriously though, that tasty morsel of a woman has a whiplashed neck that needs some serious help. I could see it before, but that open necked dress made it really obvious. You could see the strain on the upper thoracic vertebrae.

Sigh.

While it may appear we know who the spy was, there was a typical trick there. The text said "Do they suspect?" and the supposed spy sent back "No." Well, that could just as easily be Palmer texting her about their affair. From a purely story line point of view, the one they need to get rid of is the geek, since he competes with McGee, while the Asian girl is a lawyer and they don't have anyone else in that slot.

However, NCIS has never been too concerned about continuity. There are several inconsistencies that have appeared.
