srothman, I highly recommend one. They are built like a fine Swiss watch and are very accurate. They also make a good incestment. Prices are already nuts, but are bound to keep increasing. The P210-6 is one of the most valuable and best shooting P210s, because they have a target trigger. However, they are all great.

It depends on which model, and what kind of condition it is in. They usually go from $2,000.00 to $3,500.00, and some of the engraved custom ones go for $4,000.00 and up.

Mine is only 9mm. I don't have the conversion kit.

It also depends which P210. The P210-6 is one of the more expensive. In unfired condition, price can be $4K and up. 3K will get you one in decent shape.
