I was at Bass Pro Shops, in the expensive gun area upstairs. Was talking to the guy in charge up there. I found out the Browning light 12 auto-5 in no longer made. The price keeps going up and up. I have one from the 70's with 2 extra barrels that may be worth $2500.00. I'll still keep it though, but I'm all smiles. :cool:

We had Cabela's price out a light 12 also from the 70s that my Dad got for HIS Dad (and back again). It was made in Belgium, etc. We thought it'd be worth a lot.
Nope. They'll pay like $800 for it if it's in excellent condition.
The 16 gauge goes for a lot, lot more.

I also have an A-5 Magnum, and I wouldn't take ANYTHING for it.:tongueout:

it's a KickAss gun aint it:thumbsup:
that's why i gotta try and work an angle:whistling:
Browning quit making the Auto-5 in 1999.
