So I called the principal on them!
She then clarified it with the school system and a statement was issued directed at all St. Paul Public School teachers that political stickers, shirts, buttons, etc are prohibited.
Not a huge victory, but I was amazed the teachers would pull that crap so overtly.
A little leaves add up to a big pile in the big picture though as I doubt any teachers would consider a McCain shirt....

I just read a story today about a 15 year news person who was live covering an Obama rally with a Obama shirt on, she was fired for it....

My kids teacher has been known to wear a political tee shirt, also buttons, and her van has a McCain sticker on it, as well as a support the troops, a couple of pro-gun stickers, and a homeschooling sticker. ;)
