Rip DVD audio and burn to CD or WMA/MP3???

Please don't flame me. I have what may be a dumb question.

I've got a DMB live concert DVD that is fantastic. Can I somehow rip the tracks and create audio files from the DVD chapters?

The DVD is "Listener Supported" in case anyone wants to check it out.
