They were shut down for a while, until the site changed hands. It seems that if you plan to run a bittorrent site, you should have a successor picked out before you start the site up :-P

It is mostly music-oriented, but the content is diverse enough that you can usually find what you need. Plus, private membership means less of a chance of RIAA impostors prowling around on the tracker...
