Currently we all call in to a toll-free number and yack away, but their reliability has been getting a bit flaky lately so I'm looking at other solutions.

What do you guys use?

I have an account with gotomeeting.com. Their stuff works great for teleconferencing + software that allows me to give presentations as well. Might be a bit pricey though.
