Mail Order Sausages

I caught a glimpse of "Food Finds" on the FLN Network. They were talking about somewhere in Chicago that makes it own sausage and ships around the country.

I have been looking locally for a true "old fashion" sausage source, it doesn't exist, so I've been looking online for a source. Basically looking for Andouie, Spicey Italian, and Polish.

Anyone have a source they are crazy about?

I make my own sausage. There are plenty of recipes online. It is not really that hard to make, it just takes time.
