If that's 30 SECONDS, just take off the pickles and maters. Try nuking the meat first a few seconds then put it and stuff back on bun and nuke a few seconds.

Next time try nuking it 5 seconds or so till it's soft enough to pull apart without wrecking it. And if necessary, slide a sharp knife between the meat and the bun and stuff.
