Hi, was wondering if y'all can provide me with info on a Canadian Browning Hi-Power that I saw at a gun show.

Inglsis Browning Hi-Power priced at $800.
No import marks and all the serial numbers matched (frame/slide/barrel) with about 70-75% blueing. Had adjustable tangent rear sights and the grip was slotted for a stock. It also came with a reproduction shoulder stock/holster.

Is this a good price?

I'm thinking it should be around $700.00.

$800.00 is a bit high-picked up two of the tangent & slotted Inglis below this year for $550.00 each. Aftermarket stocks have a SBR license to use legally, only origional Inglis wood stocks are C&R.

I have an Inglis, slotted for stock.. can you provide a link to the info that a repro requires a tax stamp? I've seen both opinions on line and don't know who to believe.. and BTW $550 was a steal for a complete Inglis..
