Class III and IV

How would I become a class III dealer? If I did become one could a own my own machine guns?(ex. MP5 PDW, HK UMP) And whats a Class IV?

I can't remember what Class IV is but I do remember having a close relationship with the local Class VI ;) .

Class IV is barrier materials. Just like Class I is food/water, Class III is POL, and Class V is ammo. ;f

dang... I thought this was a climbing thread. Classes define difficulty in mountaineering. Just thought you should know.
