In the middle of dealing with my 21 month old son's cancer, I am also fighting with my cell service. Like I need more stress.

Does anyone have a phone number for some high-up corp. office that I can deal with? I am tired of dealing with store level and customer support lackeys that keep giving me the run-around.

Don't have Verizon and have never had occasion to try calling this 800 number - but it might be worth a try?
