Sad, sad distraction: Maj. Dick Winters, RIP

shooting in AZ

Posted 01-09-2011 at 21:17 by bigghoss

I'm telling you right now. there is no law you can pass that can prevent a tragedy like what happened in Arizona and I promise you that any piece of legislature aimed at doing so will serve only to prevent honest people from defending themselves against those who seek to do evil and ultimately contribute to more deaths than it could prevent. If a person has decided to do something like this they will do it. some use guns; some use bombs; some use cars, knives, clubs, crossbows or airplanes. let's...

Carbine wrap-up

Whew! I made it to get to post on here today!

Pulled out the second batch of 30 carbine cases, and then ran the tumbler with the couple-hundred grungy loaded rounds (the last few of which I finished this morning) and some dryer sheets. The sheets came out filthy, and the grungy rounds came out, well, let's say less grungy... (In my defense, I only ran them for an hour or so...)
