Help with Model 21 Gen3. Won't feed.

I have had a Model 21 gen2 for about 11 years now. Wonderful Glock perfection. The most reliable gun I have ever owned. For several years I have been admiring the tactical rail on the gen3 and gen4. So two weeks ago I purchase a used Model 21 gen3. The problem. It won't reliably feed all types of ammo like my gen2.
