    Good afternoon,

    I work for Glockmeister in the Online Sales and Marketing department, and would like to apologize for the problems you encountered. Normally as a policy we make a point to notify customers who ordered via express if there are any back orders on their order. I will be sure to discuss this issue with the people involved in your order (do you have an order number available for reference?), and will make a point to see that issues like this do not occur again.
