    The receiver is probably out of square where the barrel extension contacts.
    I believe someone makes a taller front post that will bring the POI down.
    Armalite makes a clamp on style front sight base that will allow you to twist it to the right, bringing the POI left.

    I have a dpms that shoots off to the right about 10 inches. I had to drift the rear sight almost all the way to the left to get it near zero. It was shooting about 6 inches high as well. I couldn't bring it down far enough with the front sight adjusted all the way out. I think the bad news is the barrel needs to be re-indexed. oipinion?
