in l.bucks county don't you??? that one about the tarp
actually took place in 25 p.d. when the boys put a blanket
over lt. templeton's patrol car and then called him on the radio after the shift ended- he was very, very embarrassed
at that time!!! i am just guessing we are talking about the
same incident???
