Just saw your reply re: hollandaise.

I salute your enjoying and making it ("BADASS!" LOL!).

If I were in your shoes, I'd do the double-boiler, or swatbwana's blender method (Cue up Clockwork Orange: I think it is too "ultraviolence" LOL), reliable, but not that "glamorous."

On a goof (and with enough mimosas), maybe the metal bowl periodically touching the electric heating element -- waaaaay cool!

Hi. I was wondering if you have heard from your son. If I remember correctly, your son was supposed to go to Marine Basic in July also. My son left last Sunday and according to the paperwork I have I was supposed to hear from him by now. I haven't and I'm a little upset.
