I don't know if it will work for you, but Michigan Open Carry, in conjunction with the 2nd Amendment March is doing a CPL class in the Detroit area on Jan. 24.
Cost is $100 (fairly cheap for the class) and proceeds go to MOC and SAM.
The class is being taught by Skip Coryell.
If that doesn't work for you, I would suggest that you check on MGO forum, or MCRGO. They can usually point you in the right direction.
