    No problem. Thanks for the info. This seems to be the most consistent problem. Trying to determine how often and who will pay for the recurring replacement of "wearable parts" is the question. The department doesn't want the fiscal burden (another common problem). Stay safe.

    John, We have mostly G23's and some G22's. The problems have been with the magazines. First the mags were out of spec and caused the malfunctions. Next they gave us new mags w/ the wrong springs. After they replaced the springs our glocks have been good to go. I'm not a Firearms instructor anymore so I did not deal with the Glock rep, not sure of his name. If you want you can give me a call at work. I work 11-7 on the east coast. Sorry I am just replying now. Just saw the message. Be safe out there brother.
