business's that you cant ccw
does anyone have a list of business in vegas you cant ccw in?
|
There is no such business that I'm aware of.
|
No such businesses exist. Of course they can kick you off their property if they feel like it, but I've never seen a business properly posted. I've seen a couple here and there that have the little pistol with the slash thingy over it, but none have all the required wording or all their entrances aren't posted.

The required wording and signs are meaningless unless they're on a .gov building anyway. There are no signs that private businesses can post that carry the force of law.

thank you

If you have a permit that is valid in Nevada: You may carry concealed in Nevada ANYWHERE except: Buildings at the airport, Schools (including colleges) and child care facilitys, Public buildings (that means Government buildings) that are posted or have metal detectors. http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRs/NRS-2...#NRS202Sec3673 That includes casinos, bars, clubs, restaurants, whorehouses (they are legal in parts of Nevada), ANYWHERE. They may ask you to leave for any reason, or no reason at all, and, under Nevada's trespass law, you must leave. You may drink while carrying. The BAC limit is 0.10 (DUI is 0.08, when they lowered it to get federal highway money they did not change the limit for CCW). http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRs/NRS-2...l#NRS202Sec257 ------------------------------------------------- Ken |

It is not against the law. They can (and will) trespass you if they find out you have a firearm. But then again they don't have to have a reason to trespass you. Ken |
