Tru Glo TFO"S

What's your opinion on these sights for a G19. I've heard both good and bad info about them. Does the insert really pop out as much as I hear or are these isolated incidents? I don't hear of many agency's using them. Are there any Federal agency's that approve them for duty use?

I have not heard of any federal agencies using these. Nor have I seen any that have poped out due to firing just one due to someone dropping their weapon
