Family Commercial Property
Some advice from a few property owners please.My wife and I currently own rental houses, and have about 6 acres of commercially zoned property about 30 min south of Austin TX.Over the past couple of months we've received multiple offers for that property and have not decided what we'd like to do with it.One of the more interesting options presented to us included a medical complex. My question is, does any one out right own a medical facility of some sort? Chiropractors offices, dentist, eye care etc? If so, is it a fairly simple leasing option ? Sign the contracts, bring in the Drs, and all you do is upkeep on the faicilities ?I don't mind putting the money up to build the facility and develop the land, but if theres to much work after a lease is signed it wouldn't be my thing.Thanks for any advice.
