Largo, FL denies permit to sell guns. FFL Dealer sues city.

Apparently, the City decided that selling guns and ammo as permitted by Federal law is a 'hazardous activity' and cannot be tolerated.

The FFL Dealer who they denied the permit to, along with the NRA, disagree, and are suing the City.

I think he needs to rethink his buisness plan! Living in an Apartment and trying to run a Gun store really? Buy a house first then they can't F' with you as much as far as zoning!
His inventory would be Zero as the FD would shut him down quick for Fire code violations! Plus I'm sure his landlord could nix the deal as well!:faint:
