Timberwolf
I got my Timberwolf frame number AAA450 and all the parts and it went together like a dream. Along with the 17L slide and parts I bought from Lone Wolf, I now have a complete 17L. I haven't had it out to my range as yet but am looking forward to it. JR, if you see this, all the waiting was worth it. It is as fine piece of workmanship as I have seen. Kudos to you and yours. I don't know how to put pix on or I would.
Thanks again. Bill Adams, |
Sounds like a Winner!

Range Report on Timberwolf 17L build.
Neal.
Sorry, I haven't been on in a while and just saw your request. I'm 71 yrs old and am not the shot I used to be but I can still hit. I have Meprolite fixed sights on it and just shot from 25 yards. I got it sighted in on a rest as best as I could and shot a 2 inch from the rest. Off hand I still managed a 5 inch group which I was very happy with. I've put over 500 rounds of my handloads through it with nary a problem. I am in the process of putting together a Timberwolf 17 in 22 rimfire. |

I got all excited when I saw Timberwolf as the header. But alas, my excitement was short lived.
I've had a Timberwolf for over 5 years now. My Timberwolf. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...e/HPIM1294.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...e/HPIM1272.jpg |
