I am looking at purchasing a SBR. What are my first steps to doing this. I would like to purchase the upper and lower online if possible due to it seems less expensive. I noticed Bravo Company USA has LMT uppers for 485.00 I believe I can find a LMT lower online for a decent price as well. Where do I start and how to proceed? Thanks in advanced.

If you can a pre-SBR'd lower from a class 3 dealer in your state on a Form 4.
Or you can take an existing lower and Form 1 it yourself to create the SBR.
