IDPA or USPSA shooters i have a ?
 

I have a glock 22 I want to shoot in competition, and would like to change the rod and spring, I know I cannot use tungsten, so i want a ss rod, but want to know what spring to use for 165gr ammo. I am going to be getting the 3.5 trigger work done also. any suggestions. Thanks in advance

Watch the ejection pattern of your brass. If it is flying out there 10 feet or so, you need more spring. If it is rolling off your knuckles you need less. Ideally you want the brass landing about 2 feet away.
