Diamonds and guns do they belong together??

Ok I just got a pair of diamond sights for my glock 19 and posted my finding on the other forum for General Glocking thinking others would like it, but instead got back alittle negative feed back maybe its a something for my wife?? Can anyone tell me if a man should have diamond sights on his gun or is it just for women???

Well i guess with all the views and no comments I'll give you a pic to show you what I'm talking about..http://www.glocktalk.com/forums/pict...pictureid=6019

Not a matter of male or female. My thought is diamonds do not belong on guns.

TommyGunGlock 09-21-2012 15:15

Should have guessed you're from Jersey! :wavey:

IMO, diamonds belong on your wife's body, not your Glock.

Sort of reminds me of putting a Rolls Royce grill on a VW bug.

Your gun, your money. Diamonds are precious gems. Handguns are tools.

BonnieB 09-22-2012 02:41

IMnsHO, if it makes you shoot better, more accurately and have more fun, is a good thing !

Sigobsessed 09-22-2012 19:22

I think there pretty cool. If they make you happy who cares what other people think shoot it lots and enjoy.

dukeblue91 09-23-2012 08:31

I see no problem with this and if it makes you happy or makes the gun special to you I say go for it.

Angry Fist 09-23-2012 08:34

Nothing wrong with it. Kinda cool!

eracer 09-23-2012 08:34

About as silly as a diamond-encrusted pool cue.

I completely agree !

(Any of you gentlemen who don't know the uses of diamonds as domestic tools can contact me and I'd be happy to enlighten you).

No offense to the OP but.........

I'd never do that to any gun I own.

It's your money and to each his own.

IMHO, diamonds don't belong on guns.

A cheap rock is just going to get you a cheap gun.

Cubic Zirconia is French for "she'll never know".

Reminds me of:

Quote:

Ron White: [On DeBeer's diamond slogans] The new slogan now is "Diamonds: Render her speechless." Why don't they just go ahead and say it? "Diamonds: That'll shut her up... for a minute."

marksdds 09-27-2012 18:21

Too much bling for me...takes away from the simple elegance of Trijicon!

Glock&KimberLady 09-28-2012 21:23

I'm sorry...I'm just  at real diamonds on a Glock. A Colt 1911...maaaaybe....if it is polished nickel with pearl grips. But a Glock?
