Profile picture don't show

When I upload a picture for my profile it dosent show up when I post in forums. Any reason why?

It is not that picture that shows up with your posts, you need to load a picture for your Avatar.

At the top of the page pull down "Quick links", then pick "User Control Panel", then pick "Edit Avatar" from left side listing, follow instructions to upload one.
