Two down, one to go
 

On the way home from seeing the boyfriend, I stopped by an old college friend's place for a few days. She lives in rural Nebraska, so my cell phone doesn't work, and has dialup, so I've been pretty unavailable since the weekend. Unfortunately, when they did get ahold of me, they had bad news - another of my cats died.

Magic was somewhere around 15 years old and had had a few health problems in the last year. The daughter of the friends who are watching them found him Sunday morning. He didn't choke or strangle, and apparently looked quite peaceful.

That leaves me one, the girl with kidney failure. I can't wait to get home to see her.

Very sorry to hear that. I know I'm going to be seriously busted up when my cat's make their journey to the great catnip garden in the sky.

Make sure to give your cat lots of extra hugs.

Sorry to learn you lost another fur friend. Iknow it's never easy. I hopeyou will have some comfort with your remaining cat, and in time, find new fur friends to love.
