Question on supplement mix
Just a quick question; what liquids can me used to mix with creatine and/or whey protein? I thought I read somewhere not to mix with beverages containing citric acid. Other than water, or skim milk (if I could get it), does this mean I should not be mixing with gatorade, tang, etc.?
I mix whey protein and creatine with water, crushed iced, orange juice, apple juice, strawberries, bananas, kiwi, etc.. I've mixed with gatorade a few times, but didn't care for the taste.
