June of 2006 we at TEMCON will be offering a basic Tactical Medical Operators course, in Central NY.

Specific dates in June are TBA but the course is set for that month.

Target audience obviously is the FF/ EMS/ Law Enforcement crowd.

Yes, we offer other course besides the TOMS course, again have a look at the site for upcoming events.

In Southern California, there is "Southern California Tactical Medical Task Force" (sponsored by the FBI) which is a good task force offering FREE tactical medic training on quarterly basis for all law enforcement and public safety agencies.

I know a few people on the task force who thought the task force is well organized and offers good training. Heck, it is free... I thought. I believe FBI - Los Angeles is the field office sponsoring and coordinating this task force.
