Great Book

Wow. I'm about 1/4 the way through Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and am finding it to be only the third life changing book I've read, along with The Millionaire Next Door and Rich Dad Poor Dad. The first 50 or so pages were a little abstract, but worth it.

I didn't know where else to post this and it's kinda business related.

I am looking for a good book to read so I guess I'll try this one.

I haven't picked it up yet, but one of my buddies enthusiastically recommended Freakanomics.

One of my professors gave me Fermat's Enigma and I've read a little of it--a very interesting and understandable look into the ultranerd world of theoretical math.

7 Habits is a staple of corporate America nowadays. It's a good book. I've also liked your other choices... Rich Dad series is great.

I am getting ready to start on The Tipping Point by Gladwell. It came highly recommended to me.

Have read the two of the above mentioned Rich Dad.. and Seven Habbits.. they're ok to me.

But what about the classic books (e.g. Art of War), what else would you recommend?

I haven't read the book yet, I mean to this summer, but a few of my professors have talked about Good to Great. It's supposed to be about effective leadership.

E-myth Revisited

The E-Myth revisited is a great succinct book with practical knowledge on the different hats you have to wear to be a successful entrepeneur.

I wouldn't place much faith in the Rich Dad series. The guy makes multiple mis-statements concerning taxes and business entities. He has tons of wonderful sounding bits of advice and anecdotes with very very little substance.

Kiyosaki said that the best way to get from E to O was to start.

All I need is a few million $.
