GPGC
I doubt you will see the club reopen unless purchased by another party.
Ex directors of GPGC have posted no updates and do keep in touch with prior owners. Forest Grove is a pretty nice place to shoot. One downside is that the Montour trail now goes through it and you can not shoot steel there. membership is open. Forest Grove Sportsmen's Association N. Hickman & Ewings Mill Rd. Coraopolis Pa. 15108 412 269 0942 President Frank Manslow Ph 412 331 3412 I may join this club as a secondary place to shoot. I am also a member at Pitcarin/ Monroeville SC DG |
I know it will probably not reopen but there is always hope. I was also looking at collier and coraopolis sportsman clubs.

I'm not sure but I believe Collier (about 7 min from me) is quite a bit more restrictive in their range rules than Forest grove.I think they have a website to check specifics
Coraopolis has been given good reviews but I think they are only 100 yds for rifle. You might look into McDonald Sportsman's club. Dormont Mt Lebanon ( I may call them as I have a line on one of their officers through a mutual friend) is also fairly restrictive. They do NOT allow any presentations from the holster. DG |
thanks for all of your help.
