Found one for today, in Pontotoc, MS. A little over an hour's drive for me each way. I found out about a few more in reasonable range, one just above Tupelo, the one in Glen, and I think there's one in Sheffield, AL.
Had a lot of fun, met some great people, and learned a few things I need to work on (and not just for IDPA, but for real). There were a couple of obvious "gamesters" there, I figure I'll let them do their thing and I'll do mine.
The only negatives I've seen so far, are gas prices to go to a shoot, ammo costs if you don't reload (I do, but took some factory ammo today), and my dang wrist is hurting from firing so much ammo. Other than those, I think I'm hooked!
