NJ Gun Laws Expired?
 

I just moved and needed to change the address on my FID card (NJ). I went to the NJSP website for the procedure and it refers you to Title 13, Chapter 54. those that have lived in the state and had to deal with the firearms restrictions have probably read this piece of legislation. According to the copy they have available on their web site, Chapter 54: Firearms and Weapons, expired 17 May, 2007. Am I missing something here, or are we solely under federal guidelines now and I can purchase hi capacity mags?

There was a link somewhere here about an interim regulation that was still in effect- I don't remember the specifics.

If the ban was lifted we would see the dealers in NJ stock up on hi caps. That is not the case ATM, I've been in several stores and have not seen any changes.
