Those look very suspect to me.

First, can't see the serial number plates.

Second, his data is all wrong - There were 3000 9-11 Commemoratives made (1000 of each caliber), and he has that these are serial number 1 & 2 of 150 made...

I'd need to see a lot more before biting. Even then, his price is ridiculous. IF they are serial number 1 & 2 (of say one of the calibers) and they're both NIB, I wouldn't say they are worth more than about $1500 total. If, as I suspect, they are run-of-the-mill serial numbers, deduct $300-$400 from that. These are the most common and a very recent commemorative issue. Not much value for now.
