The three times I've installed the Volquartsen triggers and sears, they were drop-in. No fitting required. All you have to do after you install them is adjust the set screws to your preference and loctite them in place. No biggie.

Some of the other aftermarket triggers, like Clark Custom, do require a little fitting.

If you decide to do it, PM me and I'll walk you through it. There are a ton of really good sites that have info on the upgrades.
