Sincerely hope I never have to find this out personally:
I have read two opinions on what to do after an encounter/SD shooting: One, don't say anything to the police except that you want to consult your attorney before making a statement. Two, give the police officers a basic idea of what happened so they know what to do/investigate, then talk to the attorney.
What does your experience suggest?
