I've been carrying the P30 as an off duty/secondary employment gun for almost 2 years now. I have no problem concealing it (using either a Ravens Concealment Phantom or a Milt Sparks VM-2) both holsters keep the P30 tucked very close to the body. The grip texture does not bother me (can't speek for others though). The P30's grip just melts into the hand, no other pistol points as natural for me.
