After several days and hundreds of bullets of testing*, I've settled on a Speer nickel-plated case, Fed. 100 primer, 800-X powder, and that Hornady 124. My Glock 32 uses Lone Wolf's 4.5" barrel.
The maximum powder charge that either of my sources, Hodgdon and Lyman, both using pressure barrels and publishing pressures, is 10.0 and 9.5 grains. My choice is 8.5 grains, and the resulting 10-foot velocity averages 1380FPS, more than either lab got at the muzzle from their 4" barrels. Doesn't make much sense to me, but I've tested 3 batches and the results are consistent.
Anyone's welcome to copies of my reloading log; e-mail me at jeffreybehr(at)cox(dot)net.
* oh poor me! I had to go the the shooting range to shoot these. Boo hoo!
