My Bushmaster 6.8 has a nice bark that my 5.56 does not. When somebody hears it fire for the first time they are surprised by the bark that it makes. Over all I like it much better in every except one, you can get cheap 5.56 anywhere by the case and 6.8 is rarer to find in quantity and at twice the price.
