For what it's worth I shoot a lot of the Oregon Trail Laser Cast 200 grain bullets with 10 grains of blue dot. (I think OT sells them in 180 grain now instead of 200, but my gun shop has tons of the 200's) They are hard cast but don't have a gas check, but that doesn't seem to hinder performance in any way. I don't own a chronograph but can tell from recoil that that 10 gr. BD is defiantly a full power load. I use a Glock 20 with 6 inch wolf barrel
