I can't legally carry at work, so I don't.
Winter carry is easy...summer, not so much. In the summer, I wear cargo shorts my wife bought somewhere (which is to say they're not tactical), and my LCP fits on one side and my wallet the other. I guarantee that no one knows I'm carrying. The trade-off is the slow draw...and the .380.
