Judge dismissed the charges against the teacher in Florida. Unconstitutional, I believe. It was NOT in our county. So, it must have been all teachers in the state of Florida that had to sign the statement when we returned to work this year. I'll have to find the article. I've been late getting home all week, so I just heard the very end of the story last night.
Still....freedom of speech violations. Big time!!!
