I started the Couch to 5k (C25k) program this week. Iíve been walking 5.5 miles a day at a 4.5 mph pace for a few months and decided to see if I could actually run. So far so good.

I had a meeting with our local CERT administrator with the fire department to come up with a plan to increase the members of our neighborhood team.

Started studying for the HAM test.

Bought some FAK supplies, a wrist watch for the bob and of course more ammo.
The politicians added another $4.8 billion to our debt today.
